Coach Michael Voss

I think he'll be a great mentor type coach and will perhaps help the guys like Cripps and Walsh at the top end handle the stardom/expectations of being elite players.

Cripps in particular I think will be helped by it. Often tried too hard whereas he was clearly better when playing to his strength. I expect Voss to get him back to that mindset as opposed to breaking out of his game.

Voss is speaking very well.

Im also glad the Cook was involved in the process and gave his tick of approval. If he can mould Voss like he did bomber and Scott, we will be fine.

voss was a leader and 3x prem captain. He went into a role way to early and is looked down on because of that.

I can’t wait to see what he does with Cripps, Walsh, Dow etc
