Hi All,

Can anyone tell me if Garry "the hammer" hamence is coaching this year if so how he is going I have heard he is a very good coach.

Re: Millewa Football League

Hammo is a joint coach at Meringur this year with Jumbo Greenhill. Can confirm he is a very good coach having played under him in past. Pretty good player too when he can get out on the track!

yeh we have lost a few back to merbein, good luck to them they gave good service and they are still young enough to have a crack in town.
as far as i know phil is staying played the practice match last week. not many new arrivals, as we all know got messed around early with coaches which didn't help attract anyone but still speaking to a couple that would make significant difference if they decide to jump on board

Re: Millewa Football League

Is Gol Gol fielding 2 sides this year with the number of recruits they have, is there anyone from last years team still playing?????

Re: Millewa Football League

Word from out Nangiloc way is that the boys have had a ripper
pre-season, in particular Aaron 'the taz' Fawdrey who is literally keeping the grass alive down there.
Expect the boys to come out firing carrots first round.

Re: Millewa Football League

Nangy will need to fire more than carrots. The Roo boy's have had a great pre season getting 25 to 30 players since Janurary will beat Nangy by 100+ points this weekend.

Re: Millewa Football League

dont be suprised if there is an upset.
Alota new faces putting on the demon jumper this year compared with last year:thumbsu:

Top 4 - Bambill
Golly
The rest doesn't matter, they will be shit and won't make any difference to the results.

McDonald Medal - David Hall

Goalkicker - Hally again

Premier - Bambill should but only if they want it bad enough

Re: Millewa Football League

McDonald Medal - who really cares, one of the rich clubs probably

Goalkicker - see above

Premier - whoever pays the most $ for players
