Surely it can't be as bad as it looks on the virtual view. Sitting next to the wall looks terrible but it could explain why the seats there are cheaper than similar seats at the other end.
I moved upto there for that reason. Took a slight risk imo and also noted that one of the benefits was the captains club

My seats have captains club as well. What will that mean in the new stadium?
If I were in your position - I would spend at least 30 minutes prior to your window opening to look around and see what is available.

What block are you in? I' hoping the view from 5 tier will be awesome
Reckon it'll be very similar to Etihad's top tier. Which is pretty bloody good imo.

Good to hear. I' happy that I'm a lot more central. Move from 310 at Subi which is inside 50 to 516
The 5 tier seats on the wing for $610 look good value. If you check freos virtual stadium they are all going for $799 up to rows 22

I changed from 310 for the same reason and the fact I was fairly close to the wall so would have had to climb past about 13 people to get to my seat.
Have also moved to 309 to an aisle seat on the side closest to block 308. Let's hope it's a decent seat. After waiting on the line for ages to speak to a staff member at the WCE Membership office they offered me this seat which I couldn't see online and as I was going that way anyway decided to go in and pay my deposit to get it all done and out of the way. So I can relax now and just look forward to going to the first game to experience it all

It was a category B seat - not sure what seats at the other end are going for? In my opinion the seat I was originally offered (310/20/13) should really only be a category C due to the wall factor as it appears it is restrictive viewing on the 50m line or thereabouts.

Thank heavens I am only paying for 4 of them - and that's more than enough. We love going to the games - we sort of make a day of it - so may as well have some awesome seats.
Freo has some weird pricing...147 $799 > 148 $329...could be a metre away paying $470 a year difference
Despite Freo's pricing initially looking better, it's really not. For example WCE $830 = $999 for Freo, and similar in the next couple of categories down.
The only real benefit Freo have is the real cheap seats are cheaper, and the top end Club 87 equivalent is cheaper.
That's just about the end of the ball game. most of level 1 is gone, seems most of the movement has been from back of top tier to ground level. Luckily my initial allocation up the top isn't too bad because there ain't going to be anywhere better by this time next week. Maybe I'll have a lash at the $1200 seats if's there's any decent ones left.
Any chance someone can post/screenshot a view of blocks 519 and 520 to see what's left
