Agree - that is patently ridiculous.
Just another example of the majority being forced to compromise their choices to ensure that the very few morons who drink too much are protected from themselves. Astonishing.
You reckon they'll make a specific brew? They'll do something especially for the stadium. It'll have flavour. Can't ask for more than that. This decision was venue operator not Govt.
You reckon they'll make a specific brew?
Gotta say, the only saving grace of mid-strength is that it is a specialist brewer like Gage Roads and not Carlton Mid or Superdry 3.5 (literally the worst beer on earth).

I'm with ya there. Super dry has got to be one of the worst beers of all time, up there with TED and Carlton dry (hmmm maybe I just don't like dry beers??) I'm no beer snob, but definitely looking forward to some beers at the game that aren't watered down Carlton mid.
they will have no time for drinking .. both hands will be on the BARS looking throughSo based on the virtual venue - front row don't get drink holders for their mid strength beers..

Can i use your cup holder if im sitting next to you?Was waiting for the mid strength outrage. Bigfooty delivers.
Personally I just don't think footy is a spectator sport where there is enough time to get up out of your seat. The action never stops. Soccer and cricket i understand drinking but not aussie rules. If mid strength beer deters the piss heads from constantly getting up and blocking my view of the game then yay for midstrength.
I rarely drink at the football as like you more interested in the football. Also I can get a bit over excited at times & worry about the people sitting in front of me wearing my drink & I wouldn't be too popular! Was waiting for the mid strength outrage. Bigfooty delivers.

That article was pure trolling mentioning Little Dove that won't be available at the stadium. It's a terrific beer.
Know where you're coming from but that's like everything these days! Rules appear to get changed frequently because of the minority who cause havoc.I only like having one or two beers, its more the fact it feels like we are treated like children because theres 1% of the population who cant handle/control their drinking.
Yeah I only have one or two at most, sometimes I don't bother. Not a fan of queuing up to pay $8 for a cup of recycled cats piss.I only like having one or two beers, its more the fact it feels like we are treated like children because theres 1% of the population who cant handle/control their drinking.
Narrow Neck is close to the mid strength level anyway, I'd have thought it could be tweaked pretty easily.Rumours of a middy LD. Urgh writing LD gives me contractual shivers. BUT, I haven't heard that rumour first hand, more a variation that they'll pluck another from their range to tweak

I'm the same. That and im always driving. However i do prefer a premix if i am drinking. Do we know what they will be saving?I rarely drink at the football as like you more interested in the football. Agree. We'e adults. Let us choose what we want. If some can't behave then kick them out.I only like having one or two beers, its more the fact it feels like we are treated like children because theres 1% of the population who cant handle/control their drinking.
