A bit of both i would suggest.

Very few come across as leaders.

Richo is a star but doesnt seem to be able to inspire out on the field only deflate

Brown is a star but doesnt seem to burn over defeats. Looks as if he would be happy to set himself up for life over being part of a premiership.

Cambpell seems as is he is used to not making the finals.

What a crock talking up the drafting of Brad Ottens .

Players at the pointy end of the draft generally pick themselves and the Big "O" picked himself . Ask Beck how he feels at the minute about a couple of our other first rounders in Pettifer and Fiora ????????

If anything he should have been skiting about talking Freo into swapping thier second pick in the draft for Chris Bond . Full respect to Bondy as a player and a bloke but fair dinkum ...... what were they thinking

I do not know why people rap beck as a good recruiting maanger, basically i think our rescruiting has been pathetic in his time at the club, the only way is up and good riddance to a bloke who has made many mistakes.

Agreed.For the life of me i couldnt understand the reasoning behind it.Freo put it down to they needed leadership.Bond for a 2nd rnd pick yes.But Pick 2
