It was a dig at how Geelong supporters get labelled arrogant (quite often by Hawthorn supporters) for merely opening their mouths.
I thought most people would pick up on the sarcasm, but clearly they have not.

Quite clearly you did not use it in the right context and have therefore failed badly.
As for being labelled arrogant, I would think it would be a title you wear proudly, you are afterall the reigning premiers
