What's the deal with the bloody Glenelg Tram? It's stop in Victoria square and you have to walk the rest of the way to Rundle Mall - which Nuff Nuff decided not to extend the track?

Thats hillarious, I remember when I was younger there used to be this massive aboriginal bloke that would cruise round Rundle Mall in Yellow jocks playing some sort of musical instrument!! does that still happen?
Hahaha. Did the tram driver tell you that? I guess he/she got sick of having a clown on board. What's the deal with the bloody Glenelg Tram? It's stop in Victoria square and you have to walk the rest of the way to Rundle Mall - which Nuff Nuff decided not to extend the track?

The rainfall one was wrong.
2/ No, I do not drink out a toilet. I drink out of a tap, and the water in a bathroom tap is the same as any in any other room.
Mate.. this is the funniest post I have ever read because everything you have said is 100% true.
From the Alice Springs to ferals... and the drinking water that tastes like sewerage. Could not have said it better myself. I remember the first time I went to Adelaide and asked where the centre of the city was.. I was told I was in it They don't have a building over about 5 stories high HAHAHHAHAHAAH What an outback dump
Am quite excited to be travelling the road to the home of Luna Park this weekend.
As promised before, there will be a travelogue posted.
Stay tuned...oh stay tuned.
When you think Footy, generally speaking is for the "common man" you tend to get some ferral supporters, doesn't matter what ground you are at. If we were watch Polo or Fencing, maybe it would be different. But if you can't handle the "ferralness" hirer security and stay in a plush corporate box.
Was reading recently that approx. 4,000 people move out of Sth. Aus. every year, 2000 of those coming up to Sunny Qld. Seems to me there are sh1tloads more Vics leaving, so what 's the problem, with Vic/ Melb?
Really ???
The ABS says this :
At June 2007 there were an estimated 3.81 million people residing in the Melbourne SD, an increase of 61,700 people or 1.6% since June 2006. Melbourne SD experienced the largest growth of all Australian capital city SDs for the year to June 2007

Oh wah, wah, wah, wah, wah.As for the water it's is shit! Why do you htink that is? Perhaps because we are at the bottom end of a dieing river system where the states above us eg NSW & Vic would rather pump or hoard all the water instead of allowing it to flow through the river! Maybe if you don't like our water, you should have been pumping your premier with letters 2 years ago telling him to sign the 10 billion river murray agreement, instead of sitting on his hands. So really Melbourne is partially to blame for our crap water supply.
Oh wah, wah, wah, wah, wah.
Remember South Australians, it's up the stream, not across the murray.
Yeah when you benchmark you want to benchmark against the best. That's why we look to Sydney. Its kind of funny that Victorians believe that the rivalry is one sided between our states. And yet they come up with crap threads like this and then all jump on board to have a go...How many SA people would do the same thing?? And no it is not because Vic is better, it is because we dont care.
Kick a Vic is so 1980s, time for Victorians to stop living in the past??
Exactly...Yeah when you benchmark you want to benchmark against the best. That's why we look to Sydney.
Nah mate. I've nearly finished my environmental studies. I know a bit about it.That's ok make light of an environmental and ecological disaster ready to happen.
The salinity will flow up the stream gradually killing all before it, making the river system useless to everyone along the way.
To many people like yourself apparently don't give a crap, but if we don't change our attitude it will be too late, we are not forcing the politicians to do anything either which means they can sit on their hands even longer.
So waa waa all you like, but as I said, if you don't like Adelaidians, the water issue will impact you when we are forced to flood the borders and try and avoid the shot to kill orders from your states police
Exactly...
And we replaced it with a much better event, the clipsal 500 which makes money not costs money. How much does your govt pour into Eccelstones pocket to keep the Grand Parade.
And if it is not turned into a night event, you will lose it to some third world country that will do as Bernie says.
Nah mate. I've nearly finished my environmental studies. I know a bit about it.
And for starters, salinity generally flows down stream when you have irrigation.
From an environmentalists point of view, it is already too late. There is no point in doing anything because it is beyond repair and Adelaide is hence stuffed. There is less value in saving Adelaide than there is in the other parts affected. So Adelaide is pretty much cluster ____ed. All this is pretty good at the same time the pride of your tourism market are taking more water for their grapes.
Kind of ironic that the worst state for water, WA, has seemingly the most plentiful supply.
Until Adelaideans vote for water recycling, there is absolutely no problem though qed.
Clipsal a better event than GP lol. Let me see Ford, Holden, ford Holden ford holden. How much worldwide exposure does the Clipsal get Adelaide? Not much I would say
And by the way in case you have not heard we just had it extended to 2015.
Man who cares, GP is great clipsal is good.
We all live in the same country don't we?
