Hey Kicktospace, just reading over the forum from the past few weeks. Did anything happen to the perpetrators of this event. You saw the footage so would know who was involved. Did you hear anymore? Sure your mate at work would happy too with your post on here, and he had a little visit from the johnny hoppers over your comments.

Any truth to the rumour kicktospace your headin down to docker land next year to take over Ray Mills's job. One ****** for another!
Is it true that plappy will not be there next year still kickin?? I've heard he having trouble with the board and is guna take the job he been offered in melbourne??? I sure hope not he a leader and prob the best player at the dockers right now. I think the dockers need to keep him. Great bloke, Great coach:thumbsu:

The uncertainy of football along the coast at the moment is holding up a lot of football clubs. Plappy certainly wants to stay but from what i gather Burnie City and Events haven't been able to commit. They certainly don't want to loose Plappy. But for christ sake when are football clubs going to know where they are going to be playing next year.

Anyone know who is going and who is staying at Burnie?? Hope Somerset dont waiste to much money on Carp!! The big fella gets losers limp pretty badly!

Aaron Hamill & Rory Hilton:rolleyes:

Rory Hilton is Plappy's best mate. He come to an agreement that he would play five games which would qualify him for the finals. Ian Wotherspoon phoned the BFC and told them he would have to play 9 to qualify as that was the rules on the fly in player. Hence why Mohr from Launceston could not play. HIlton couldn't commit to that many and finals. He kicked 147 golals in 12 games last year in a metro victorian league. He would have been a handy addition. As for Hammil i think that may have been shit talk. The idea was for him to play in a one off game against Penguin under lights to try and attract a crowd of between 7-10 thousand. As the team was travelling well the club decided not to persue it. You can't tell me this wouldn't have been a great marketing scheme.

Like you mate not sure, i hope he stays too, Dockers are on the rise and him leaving may just pull back all the great work that has been achieved to date. He had an interview with Gipsland Power on Friday just gone for the TAC Cup. The mail is if he gets the same offer from Burnie that he got this year, he will stay for sure. But they f*ckin him around so will know.

Well Still Kickin I for one would of made the trip to the mighty west park to watch hamill play and as for Rory it doesn't surprise me that Weatherspoon stuffed that up. Would be good for Burnie to get a bloke like that.

Why wouldn't they give him the same deal as last year?? Sounds a bit odd

Burnie sports and events are stuffing the club around with finances. Which i find ironic. I thought when they took over the finances it spelt trouble. I could see the funds they allocate slowly deceasing every year.

Yea will be a terrible thing if Plappy leaves because of all this. They lost the Darwin GF because they were being tools.

Too right, Burnie Sports whatever they are is an absolute joke, they need to get to the grassroots eg Stowport CC, Yeoman fc etc and schools as well to find out what is really going on in the Sporting Community

ian wotherspoon doing up a roster so he can play with himself every weekend next year!

It's true, Geoff Squib left him for anther man. Not go times for old Ian. First the Premiership was lost to a statewide club, then his beloved Ulverstone turned on him, Now Squibby has left him.

Eggs Bourn to coach Devonport, done deal. Plappy to coach burnie, both to be announced within the week.

Chalky Grey to steal another jumper.

I think Chalky stealing another jumper is a definate. Good to hear Plappy coaching again, Should be a good year for the dockers next year if they keep the bulk of there good players and pick up a few from here and there:thumbsu:

Dale Perry been linked to Ulverstone as possible new coach. Max Brown services no longer required and has been told this by the board.

I heard a wisper about this on NTFl grand final day. Heard that Max has lost the respect of the playing group and he would be given the ass. What do you think about Ned as new coach???

Perry will be able to win plenty of ntfl premierships now that all the other good sides will be in the tsl.

Thats good Big H. I assume that you have coached a premeriship side in the NTFL then champ??????? Reckon he did a good job transforming the Dev side that was left after Max f*cked it up.

Definitly got them there still kickin just was unfortunate that the Burnie and Launie sides were at there best. I enjoy reading his colums in the paper. Definitly knows a fair bit about the game old Ned

Lowe, Clements and Fulton to spreyton. Troy dean to Forth, Jacob Wiggers to Turners Beach, Crowden moving Interstate, Brent Sheehan going VFL Melbourne. Devonport pushing shit up hill big time.

Also heard Latrobe are looking at joining NTFA, not sure how true this one is, Jeremy Smith from Dport another one I heard linked to spreyton, The tip rats must have some money out there, A bit like wesley vale this year, buying a premiership buy the sounds of it.
