Swans +24.5 for me. Not sure how much Collingwood really wants to win this... Played deep into September with the extra GF and probably think they're a real good chance of winning a flag or two more in the coming seasons... which as much as it pains me to say, they probably are :(
Hard work but got there. Great game too :thumbsu:

Have never seen a team turn the ball over so many times and still be a chance to win. Everitt must've turned it over at least 3 times, Bird got caught twice i think and Grundy last quarter deliberate was facepalm worthy.

Eagles to get a semi at Pattersons Stadium against Magpies if they beat the suns tomm, with essendud playing saiunters in the other semi.

not bad planni9ng by the afl for once and i dont care how easy they have given the eagles draw, as there mny last remaining tip, alive at 31/1

English translation?

Good scheduling by AFL. Obviously aiming for a Collingwood v Saints or Collingwood v Essendon GF which will no doubt be a marketing dream. Probably stating the obvious here :D

Also...
CARLTON brushed aside Greater Western Sydney in Saturday night's NAB Challenge match at Manuka Oval in Canberra to win by a massive 157 points.

The Giants are learning the hard way — not that they have any choice — about what to expect in the big time, losing 29.9 (183) to 4.2 (26).

Backdoor cover would probably be your only worry. You'd think Lyon will be resting quite a few players in the last.
Yep, Cats were always going to get a few when the pressure eased.

Luckily I had some money on Saints -8.5. Cant complain I guess. :D

What do you guys reckon of the WC v GC game?

Gold Coast have named a squad with about 15 of their starting 22 not playing... I reckon West Coast are absolute monties but not too keen on taking $1.20 so am thinking of taking WC -28.5pts at $2.05, got a feeling the coasters will be up for it. Thoughts?

Makes it interesting. I guess there's 2 schools of thoughts here, their fringe players will wanna impress in hope of playing seniors, or like last night, it will be a firsts v seconds flogging. I think the latter is more likely especially in Perth so gonna take eagles -27.5 as well.

Wow, the Gold Coast have 3 players who have played AFL senior football, and one of them is Danny Stanley.

West Coast should win this quite easily, GC's first 4 quarter game against an AFL opponent, and it's supposed to be a scorcher in Perth, and the game starts in the middle of the arvo Perth time.

Eagles -39.5 @ 2.30.:thumbsu:
