Even The Roach reckons it's a soft penalty ...
"While Krakouer is nursing a broken jaw, the order to stay away from the main training group until April 3 and to be banned from AFL selection until May 8 is moot."
So basically no penalty ..
( see that D_one - that's moot not " mute")

"Port Adelaide’s leadership group was swift in condemning Krakouer, but the first punishment imposed may need a follow-up penalty when the defender is clear of injury."

Swift ? 3 days later ?????
Since when would someone with a broken jaw train with the main group anyway ?

Flog

Even floggier post by a flog

Biggest flog of all !!!

My my - a broken jaw and six weeks compared to a trip to the pub and a NAB Cup game

one person who has done wrong, vs a skipper and team that wont embrace a booze ban that a coach wanted. adelaide always striving for mediocrity

Cant recall Crows players being punched out at a night club, on the piss whilst injured!!
Victim blaming? But in all seriousness if it was a King hit then he has been very unfortunate and his punishment is more severe than either cROACH or Atkins (yes you had TWO on the piss.) If it turns out he instigated a fight then the sanctions given by the club are not severe enough and will be reviewed. So far I am impressed by our club and the way they have handled it. Krak's behaviour is disappointing. He has worked so hard to lose the weight (how's FattycROACH going with that?) and to pull himself back from where he was and now has almost thrown away all that hard work and talent. Some people never learn sadly.

Such hypocrites you Adelaide supporters, jaensch gets his jaw broken. Poor guy, unprovoked attack, while drinking with friends on his bday etc (even tho everyone knows he was a flog) Krak jaw broken, bad culture etc etc
Calling the kettle black??

So you're saying we won't make the 8? Shall we have a wager in this?

Nah, no wager, don't need to. I'd hate to see you leave the bay.

"Oneclub" that has sanctions that aren't even sanctions. Can't train with the main group - so what? His injury keeps him away from training with the main group.
Can't play for 6 weeks - another so what ? That's how long it will take to get over this injury !

That's embracing crap behaviour by a soft soft leadership group.
Maybe if you hadn't recruited Drug Cheats you would be able to sanction players properly.

But , ya did.:D

We would have, had you not all jumped on the Crouch and Atkins bandwagon of "club kulcha" caused this.

Not one Crows poster defended their actions - all stating along the lines of dumb thing to do, penalty adequate and lets hope they learn.

This player has had several chances - your club recruited him knowing his past history. He hasn't learnt and judging by the soft penalty, he won't. The only reason you can't **** him off is that you've ****ed up by recruiting Ryder and Monfries.

Seems your club greats don't fancy an alcohol ban.

“These things don’t happen if you avoid going out in the wee hours of the morning,” he said. Port Adelaide premiership captain Warren Tredrea last night insisted only injured players should be under an alcohol ban. But he also took the incident as a pointer to the new risks players face in public.

“It requires a calculated decision on where you go and when to minimise that risk,” he said. “I always think of (coach) Mark Williams’ quote: ‘Nothing good happens after 2am’.”

Former St Kilda and Power defender Darryl Wakelin also opposed zero-tolerance to alcohol
. But he noted players should avoid nightclubs, saying: “With what is out there today, particularly with drugs, those places always seem to lead to a blue.”

As for "mediocrity" that is the definition of the penalty he has. The penalty you get when you're not getting a penalty.

your avoiding the same exact thing happening to jaensch....
Except Jaensch you all were up in arms about how bad it was for him and how who ever hit him should be brought up on charges, poor guy etc....
Adelaide supporters tune has changed with this incident tho?

And I notice how you studiously now avoid the reference you made regarding the alcohol ban.

I'm talking about your quotes regarding Crouch and Atkins and that it showed a club with bad kulcha.

The way all you puffers went over the top on that incident was particularly stupid.
And in light of events this year where your club has exposed itself to drug cheats and party boys, any criticism leveled at your club following the criticism of Adelaide Football Club is more than justified.

Impressed with the non- penalty are you ?
Enlighten yourself.
No-one is blaming him , but why expose yourself to the possibility of this in the first place.

Abuse in general[edit]
The lifestyle/exposure theory is a model of victimology that posits that the likelihood an individual will suffer a personal victimization depends heavily upon the concept of life style. The lifestyle theory is constructed upon several premises. The most important of the premises are:

  • The uneven distribution of criminal victimization across space and time. This translates to the occurrence of high-risk places and high-risk times.
  • Offenders do not constitute a representative sample of the general population. This translates to the occurrence of high-risk persons.
  • Lifestyle determines the likelihood of personal victimization through the intervening variables of exposure and association.
  • People are not equally exposed to high-risk places and times, and they vary in the degree to which they associate with high-risk persons. This translates to a persons lifestyle influencing the exposure and association with high-risk persons. [1]
The rest of your post is offended nonsense and is subsequently ignored
