Given Scott Watters contacted Port Adelaide and threw his hat into the ring unaided (a matter of fact that he's looking to improve his personal skills as a coach given he's helped coordinate a powerful and successful club, he's now looking to experience and help take a side from the bottom to the top) it would be poor business by Port Adelaide not to extend him an offer post Grand Final siren immediately.

Bailey and Walsh have been in those patterns for some time now.

Apparently on 5aa last night, Worsfold debunked the $500k Walsh story. Wouldn't reveal actual salary of course and said no assistant would get $500k. I didn't hear the interview myself so not sure exactly what was said

My sources aren't that close to the club, in fact it looks like my sources could be wrong on the Bailey front.

In regards to saints job, im not too sure who i want, just happy with Lyon gone, as the place needed a freshen up after a few very demanding years

Had a few bevvies with a senior official of another SANFL club tonight, and some news going around them is that Tony Bamford has aspirations of joining the Power's coaching team some time in the future.

Not quite the proven experienced sort of person that we should be looking at, but thought I'd post it anyway.
