LOVE that collar! The AFL logo needs to come in a bit and I'd like if they removed the 'majestic' from below the M but can understand why they'd have that on there at this stage. Decent first effort from them though.

It looks to me like the AFL logo is out wide to match the Vero logo, which is where it is because it doesn't fit under the Majestic logo. So if the Majestic logo was moved a bit higher, then both the AFL and Vero logos could move in a bit which would look a lot cleaner.

Thats my only gripe so far. Collar is fantastic, nice and simple.

Like the collar, would have been nice if they moved the AFL bit to the right and vero to the left a bit. Better than what we would be wearing with BLK

I'd be happy if I were a Brisbane fan. The AFL logo and the watermarks are a bit off but for a first attempt they've done well. Simple collar, solid colours. It's a great starting point.

Majestic have gone very, very safe with that collar. I wonder whether that's a result of the short turnaround time to get something ready.

The watermarks are a Lions thing, they always seem to have them for whatever reason.

I like the watermarks on the Crows guernsey because they are subtle and cant really notice them but with Brisbane, it looks pretty bad when they stand out like that

That's the thing. I think there's a place for watermarks for, say, a player-worn guernsey v a retail replica but it doesn't have to be as obvious as the Lions have made it. If you can see it without standing right in front of them, it's too obvious.

I reckon the clash would have to be the same or very similar. They made a pretty big deal about it when they launched it.

I don't mind the idea of an old school v-neck collar but that one isn't that great. The fit of the Adidas one is a lot nicer.

The logo placement looks really cheap and unbalanced though. I don't see how anyone on this board can be happy with that effort.

The colours are good though so that's a big plus over BLK.

Could it be they've just used a modified BBL template and neglected to change the logo placement. From a quick look the upper BBL sponsor and club logos are further apart than AFL jumpers probably to balance out with the centre logo.

Yeah the AFL logo is way too far to the left, and the collar couldn't be more boring, but the colours look very good in that picture.

I'd much rather a "boring" collar like this than the silliness of the Adidas bib or the BLK toilet seat. Simple is timeless!
