Just had to do it.Nice reference
Back in 2015(?) when we met with the club about the RTW stuff, we were told the navy had to stay 'for the time being' e.g. there was a hint that it was on the cards it may go, but was more a corporate decision than Puma's I would imagine as they are quite capable of producing royal. The club knew our intent was to rid the navy, but we accepted it.Just out of interest, with WCE changing apparel and home jumper, does this mean the navy home jumper was a Puma directive and not a club directive?

That thought had occurred to me too. If you asked the club I'm certain the official line would be "Our choice, rebranding, getting back to our roots, blah-di-blah." But it does seem coincidental, doesn't it.
We will never know the truth.
That makes sense, because the stakeholders here are the merchandise manufacturers.Back in 2015(?) when we met with the club about the RTW stuff, we were told the navy had to stay 'for the time being' e.g. there was a hint that it was on the cards it may go, but was more a corporate decision than Puma's I would imagine as they are quite capable of producing royal. The rebrand and ditching navy and white altogether was a nice surprise none of us really saw coming save for some bigfooty conjecture.
Wasn't it Adidas who gave Collingwood the idea of swapping their Guernseys around?Puma wouldn’t be directing shit. They’re the supplier, not the client.
I was always of that opinion but I have a feeling someone on here wrote a huge thesis to the contrary.Wasn't it Adidas who gave Collingwood the idea of swapping their Guernseys around?
You'd be surprised how much power manufacturers have.

The other aspect to it was they were trying to avoid having to wear a Clash jumper.Lol yeah that was me. The official reasoning from Eddie was that the club was going back to its 'Machine' era guernsey of the late 20s that was apparently white stripes on black.
be sure post it hereif Adelaide go back to the cartoon bird on their clash jumper, they'll get a strongly worded email outlining my disgust that they will totally disregard
I was digging through the AFC site code and found this by itself. Does this mean its the winner? Code url lists it as clashvote.
Drop this whole POS, stick to the Navy home and gold away.drop the bird and its fine.
