What's with teams having these all one colour shorts. Essendon and gold coast plain white shorts with no red or black or yellow side lines added, looks shithouse.

It started with Port getting rid of it for the "all black" look from memory and its taken off

A lot of love online for GWS training jumper could this do a St Kilda 1996 and become its home for 2022.

Looks so much better than their $2 shop looking home jumper they currently have

This is legitimately one of the best guernseys I have ever seen. Puma were obviously given a license to thrill and they delivered.

What is it with the expansion sides having better training guernseys than their ACTUAL home designs?

The inconsistencies between clubs regarding the above number sponsor is a bit strange. It seems at this stage that the majority of teams are running without, despite all teams using the position last year, where as some have introduced new ones since last year, indicating it’s a clearly permissible spot for a sponsor.

I like it a lot, but not enough orange

Agree with this i would thicken the outline of the G a bit as otherwise you can't see it from a distance. Also i would do full orange socks and it would look awesome.

On the new clubs having better training guernseys than actual playing guernseys do you think it is because the AFL tried new modern type ones with Fremantle and Port Adelaide and ended up with traditional ones in the end, that they have tried to start with more traditional with both GC and GWS? To be honest i can't believe they have actually stuck with the designs. The problem is these two are new clubs in non football areas and the modern training ones look 10 times better than the playing ones.

I think the afl are out of their depth with new club designs, does anyone remember gc started with white numbers too and how shit it looked 😅

Seeing Gold Coast wear white shorts strangely makes them look more like an actual football club rather than the expansion project they are.

Collingwood should take note then? Lol.
