But that's the thing.

Saints fans want a bigger white panel. They get it.
Then they want a bigger Saints logo. They get it.
Now people are not happy that both encroach into the white panel.

What do people want/expect with this design?

• 3 even panels red white and black
• the crest following in the clubs history where it’s always been a large crest in a black box
• due to even panels the afl logo goes into the white and also need to consider the afl have there strict guidelines with size of sponsor logos and placement
• the panels also continue over the shoulder so

Yea the sponsors are not the best but the jumper with the old big Crest looks great here! I hope it stays

Nike have gone at least 3 years without any change before when they were with Carlton - 2015-17, 2010-13 and 1998-2003.

I would find it plausible that collingwood’s jumper won’t have a great deal of change if any for this season.

Could be wrong but in the nba I believe for the main jerseys they require the team to wear them for 5 years so I assume they wouldn’t be much different in the afl

Personally not huge on saints collar and cuff TBH. Understand is Saints fans do like it tho. Just reminds me of the 2000's when a few teams including the Eagles had it but I personally hated it

The same can probably be said for templates then. 3 years of one jumper template is very common.

It’s just a shame Nike make us wait so long to find out.

The weight is off, it’s just way too thin. If you look at a Saints jumper from 15 years ago the black piping is almost the same thickness as the white either side of it.

BLK went their whole run with the same template (thankfully we didn't have to see the toilet bowl collar before they left), New Balance has had the same template since 2014, Canterbury had the same template for their time with the Roo's.

I'm sure there's plenty more but I don't have time to research it right now.
Bottom line is, it's very common for a manufacturer to stick with a template for quite some time
