One of those things. we bang on about the simple aesthetics of a design but there's things that go into these choices we don't have background on. could definitely be better communicated of course (bad syntax whatever, it is a Sunday) but it is interesting to consider just why certain designs or choices are made. that Freo one was obviously because it signified being the underdog.

Just saying this idea of defending evil corporations who make your cost of living high and degrade the land while contributing to major environmental issues is pretty soy. Freo are a very rich club and are bankrolled by the WAFC. they have no need to continue on with a sponsor as tacky and cruel as Woodside.

Freo love playing the social justice card as well and have a strong history of Aboriginal players. it's depressing how two-faced they are.

If you know your history you’ll understand that socialist/communist countries were and are by far the worst environmentally. To you it might be and seem oxymoronic that this happens, but it makes sense when you know human nature works. The devices you are using now, the home you live in, the hospitals, schools, stadiums and trains etc were all made by mining and private companies making all this happen.

Only a minor change but Lendi's contract with West Coast expires on November 1 and there's nothing to suggest it will be renewed - our last extension with them was announced in March 2022.

Could possibly see a new sponsor on the back of the wings next season.

Keep an eye out Wednesday night, it's the Bulldog's B&F and there is a very good chance that the 100th anniversary logo and possibly jumper will be announced.

One of the posters has said it's Kookaburra. Which is basically Sekem, they merged in 2019.
