Well the fact he played his entire junior career as a ruckman/key forward would suggest otherwise.

He doesn't have the body size to play ruck in the AFL yet, and with the forward line players we have, there was no room for him in the forward line, so Sheedy decided to try him out in the backline and see what he could do.

Worked out pretty well....but if we don't take a ruckman in this draft, I think it's pretty safe to say that his intended furture at the club is in the ruck.
