Droughts are there to be broken. Sooner or later they’ll win one.Have they moved the finals from Ceamer Street? If not they will fall over as per usual.
Hope not!!! The way they have treat some of the juniors who have been loyal they don't deserve success.Droughts are there to be broken. Sooner or later they’ll win one.
I doubt he will play this year and definitely won't be Bundoora this year. If he is to play there, it would be from next year onwards. They would be so far over the points its not funny. Will he even play this year, I believe he has done his hamstring 3 times

How much we talking?Doubt JC will be playing anywhere given the remuneration he is seeking. Seems to think it's still 2009.

$3000 a game X 18 = $54,000About the same as what the average full-time working Australian earns in a year.
You know this or guessing? He’ll play at Aberfeldie with Ex team mate Adam Marcon as their coach and a few ex Williamstown premiership players who are from the north.
Eltham Panthers having a crack? A 1 pointer as well..I heard he has signed at Eltham Collage as they have promised full scholarships to his first three kids.
This is the forum for the most ridiculous rumours isn't it?
Yep just heard this.Blair Harvey was told he’s sacked last night at Whittlesea training. Tough call he’s done really well getting them to Div 1 and bringing through home grown juniors unfortunately the one big recruit the club got in this year doesn’t bother playing most weeks as he’s happy just getting a massive wage each week from the job the club got him to sign on.
And that's why they will fall back into division 2, some clubs will never grow and have sustained success. Bad move by Whittlesea.Blair Harvey was told he’s sacked last night at Whittlesea training. Who knows what reasons were behind it.And that's why they will fall back into division 2, some clubs will never grow and have sustained success. Bad move by Whittlesea.
No idea why Harvey has been sacked, but as an outsider looking in seems a strange decision.Who knows what reasons were behind it.
200 points against in a division 1 game of football is horrible. Did they have many out?
Interested in your thoughts why you think Whittlesea don’t have sustained success? And that's why they will fall back into division 2, some clubs will never grow and have sustained success. Bad move by Whittlesea.

From the outside looking in players spoke with their actions allowing 200 points to be kicked on them.Wonder if Jarrad Waite would take over? Sacking mid year seems nonsensical to me in such a tight race for the spoon.
Looking at results, whilst their seniors have been competitive can't help but see the backside fall out of NP soon, need your depth over the next 2 months with the slog about to begin, at least Whit's reserves are competitive and they have 19s.
Very interested to hear the reasons, he took a young local list to a flag in the last complete season so surely any issues could have been ironed out to at least shift the focus on survival with the look to review at the end of the season.
Some clubs are quite satisfied bouncing between divisions winning flags every few years. It’s not the end of the world to be in d2 next seasonIn my experience these decisions are almost always orchestrated by the playing group. Time will tell whether it’s the right decision. They either will get relegated or they won’t.
If Waite does coach hopefully he can play and not pull out each week in the pre game warm up due to not feeling right to play but still good enough to go runner. Think you will find most young players and those who have been playing under Stinga for a couple of seasons had no idea this was coming and don’t agree with the decision. They’ve had some poor results this season especially last week against Mont but they haven’t had a settled side and lose quality youngsters to VFL every week which wasn’t totally expected during pre season planning. Think some people high up or one family in particular don’t realise Whittlesea is where most inside and outside the club expected they’d be with there playing list which is fighting to stay up in Div 1. Still think Whittlesea will stay up with Northcote going down but this won’t help and doesn’t make much sense.Wonder if Jarrad Waite would take over?
