Can only say I will feel no sympathy for Mernda if things go pear shaped. They have brought it on themselves, you’d expect to see this type of recruiting from a team like Lalor west or rezza who have no juniors, not a club with a solid junior foundation with plenty of kids coming through. RIP - Laurimar and surrounding clubs will be rubbing their hands together

The fact they wont do the right thing by him and clear him after going out on a recruiting spree which could replace him anyway is a joke. The culture speaks for itself with the way they have gone about this. Blokes that coward punch even after apparently trying to educate, recruiting for the sake of it to replace young up and comers, denying a player an opportunity to return to his club and play a higher division instead of giving their best wishes. No wonder they are sourcing players from other leagues who in their right mind would go there from within the NFNL
