South Morang flexed there muscle today. Getting players back at the right end of the year. 2 clear teams above the pack for mine.

Turtles with 10 changes from last week due to covid. Hardly something to go off. I wouldnt be so quick to call it a two horse race.

Yeh just had a look and 7 changes isn't great. Although a couple aren't in there best team and they got a couple back. Still hurts though.
Still think at full strength Morang are the best team in it. But finals anything can happen

The rematch won’t be much different I believe. Turtles had some outs but which club doesn’t? A couple with covid and few went down last week, playing on the college ground will have that effect week after week. Turtles played Luke McKenna today who hasn’t been sighted since he signed 2 years ago. Doesn’t say much about the depth. A closer look at the results and the turtles have been far from convincing in there victories, 4 or 5 close results under a kick that could have been splits either way. Morang will cut them up on a dry track. Morang are the team to beat for mine and will only get better from here.
Long way to go yet. Wouldn’t write off any club in finals contention. No dominant side (which is great).
Match of the year next week with South and Laurimar.
West!? Really looked like giving finals a shake and lose to Mernda. Just about sets the top 4 for me.

Simpson, Woods, Robertson, Johnstone, Francis-Perknis, Byatt, Winter, Snowden and Fitzgerald were the changes from last week.
Turtles have beaten Laurimar twice not sure how far “above the pack” you could be.
Going to be an absolute ripper finals series. West have to beat south in 2 weeks or that’s curtains on their season. Can’t see that happening.

Maybe, would need to go undefeated from here.
Mernda technically a chance still but would need to go undefeated but with Games against Kilmore, Laurimar and South I give them a 1% chance.

Well we all know a big forward is going to land at the club because his the key to Fletcher happiness CLOKE just have to line his pockets, he wont be the only forward to land might see another old bloke land that has been a legend at North Heidelberg HARVEY and to finish it off another ex jacana boy to help Austin out in the backline. Austin is in need of support he cant do it all by himself and BENNETT will slot straight into that role.

I saw an article about Bradford and yea footy clubs merging for a season due to low numbers at both clubs and from all reports it is a win win for both clubs ,I wonder if the NFNL is looking at this with the idea and thinking about pitching this at Reservoir and Lalor for next year
Geez that’s a big call, Mernda must be shaking there heads how this would get out, if at all it would be true?
You would have to be on the inner sanctum of the club or have very good contacts with someone in the footy department to have that sort of information. Can’t see why he would go for all those players, he is proving himself nicely as he develops and is developing his players, with good wins lately but that’s from the outside looking in.

Both would still go well in d3 even when they are nearly 40. Not a sustainable model though by any means

Why would you pay any more as you guys said he is worthless and body not good?
Just saying you wouldn’t pay any more and he should be great full he is even getting anything just so he can play footy.
You either rate him or you don’t ?

He hasnt played for as many clubs as he has if it hasnt been about $$$$ - He will want good dollars or he wont play, simple as that
