Will he though? Other side of 40 and not sure he will be getting great supply.

Caff won the comp B&F and is how old? And
Schultz was runner up at 41 or 42.

I think whilst these guys are older they will continue to make Rezza a much more competitive outfit across both sides as they rebuild.

Yeah fair point. 35 year old wins the league medal and Shultz runner up at 41 is a great effort.

Agree reservoir to leap frog a few sides this year for sure. To early for ladder predictor!?

Division 3 shaping up again to be very competitive and even competition which is great for the league.
Promotion/relegation has always been one up and one down, be interested to hear Champ or Chump thoughts on 2 up/2down that the ammos have
Pros/Cons??

Think the 2/2 works in Ammo's as they have so many divisions. I don't think a three division comp requires it.

Also, losing an GF and going up is never 'wonderful' even though you move to a better standard of football / greater chance of attaining quality players. Most players are in it for flags so any chance to maximise that should be the starting point of any decision a league H/Q could go with - IMO

We are in the same basket as Kilmore and Eltham right now I would suggest - so anywhere around that.

But I think Epping, Laurimar, Stars and Mernda out in front on paper with thier form last year/Relegation from higher level and new signings. - IMO.

Agree with that take, 2/2 works well in the VAFA due to the size of the comp. One of the major downfalls of the model is historically the 'runner-up' promoted side finds it quite difficult the next season in the higher grade (especially at the pointy end).

A major positive is that there are less meaningless games in the back half of the season.

1/1 works well for NFNL and SFNL and it should remain that way.

Some impressive Templestowe signings now on their way to Reservoir. and they are still not done Definitely bridging the gap very fast and all teams should be concerned about them next season. Points squeeze could be on.

Scanlon - 4
Palazollo - 5
Grabowski - 4
Cantwell - 3
Schwarzer - 3
Sandric - 4
Beckwith - 4
Ferraro - 2
El Moussali -3
Total - 32

If the Dyson and Edwards rumours are true they are 4 points each.
That is an elite level of top enders to compete with any team.

Might be hoping they get 50 points again to play with?
