I mean every bit of footage I've seen has had the same framerate issues I have had while docked. I've played about 3 hours and the villages are the worst.

Just maybe there's something causing the issues that isn't consistent, like TV size or whether the updates have been done. Well yes, I'm more inclined to believe those who's careers are in video games as opposed to those who have shown nothing but glowing praise for anything related to the Switch...

We live in a world where some people think they can't tell the difference between 30 and 60 fps, and hey even some people who think TV size can have an effect . Can't just have the blind lead the blind.

The frame rate can flutter at times, but it isn't detrimental on the gameplay, decision implementation and overall experience.

Just enjoy the game and move on. It's a handheld that docks to a TV FFS.

Finally....finally picked it up. I went to Big W, got the console and a pro controller but they were sold out of Zelda. Ended up getting it from EB. That place is like a Petri dish. Anyways, off to set it up

Took the Switch to a friends last night to try out some local multiplayer, there was 6 of us with 4 joycon.

Snipperclips was an instant hit, I barely explained a thing about the game beforehand but everybody was laughing from the tutorial. We rotated the 4 joycon between us playing the 4 player puzzles and blitz mode, there was only one puzzle that we didn't understand. All the others were at first confusing but, after some time and communication, gave a great sense of achievement. 5/5

Bomberman was solid without being outstanding in anyway. The individual bombermen are all cool in their own way, although some of their catchphrases can be a bit repetitive. Only played battle mode, which was pretty much what you'd expect, it's a fun game but it is overpriced compared to the fun you can get out of the other two games we played which were less than half the cost. 3/5

Fast RMX is good at what it does without trying to overextend itself. You start with 3 available cups and 3 available cars, you complete the cups to unlock more. So far I've come across one F-Zero-esque track where you're on the outside of the tunnel. This one was pretty hectic and it was hard to see what was coming. We played 4 player split screen on the tv and it was still fairly cramped, but manageable. For a game that was only $28 I feel I've already gotten great value out of it. At less than 850MB I think this is one everyone can afford to have on their system, which would allow for more local multiplayer in handheld which us where I think this will really shine. 4/5

Frame rate issue is a real thing. Now it's not game breaking but it doesn't change the fact that it's there. (and because i accept bland textures, i'm a fanboy apparently)

A bunch of people say that they have either had no problems or so few that it doesn't matter, but because that doesn't suit you you just claim they are lying??? Aren't you the one who said you hadn't even tried it yet? Just piss off with your hate, and allow the people who are having fun and no significant problems enjoy a great new game.

You've just made yourself the leading contender for worst poster on the forum.

There is a difference between 'yes there are framerate issues but it's not a deal breaker for me' (which is where basically every review landed on the game) and 'there are no performance issues at all with this game'.

A lot of MB's posts are coming from correcting people that are stating that there are no framerate issues with the game. He's actually citing sources rather than simply calling people 'haters' and 'jerks' because they dare point out a flaw in your justification to purchase a Switch on launch day.

Everyone on this forum seems to be enjoying the game, but even games that review this well can have some minor flaws. There is nothing wrong with pointing that out, however minor these issues might be for yourself.

Also before you ask. I haven't played it yet, I've bought the Wii U version because I'm not getting a Switch yet and I plan on playing after I finish Horizon because I have already started it.

Bland and lesser isn't the same thing. The issue about Zelds's FPS don't stem from not reaching 60fps but the fact it can't sustain 30 FPS.
