Took the Switch to a friends last night to try out some local multiplayer, there was 6 of us with 4 joycon.

Good to hear some balanced reviews in here. It does seem as though some of the issues were overblown, which is a good thing.

I'm still not enthralled by the catalogue of games just yet and am still too scarred by my Wii U purchase to justify buying it for one game, but it does sound like something I'll grab down the line.

You would think that maybe a company this big with a release this big would make sure the dock doesn't scratch the unit. Or maybe ship the ****ing thing with a screen protector. Just wasted $10 on one....

I'm horrible with protective wrappings for books and screen protectors are smaller and more irritating for uncos.

There are design flaws up the arse even I can see. (I hate how the recharge port is at the bottom when the 3DS has it at the top)

Games control what the achievements are but the system has to have a ... system for them.

Of course some games may have a purely in game achievment system but its not the same.

I havent created a mii yet so I couldnt say, but it could easily be an update patch. I never had a wiu so i couldnt say whether that did or not, but it wouldnt seem like something nintendo would care too much about from how theyve done things in the past.
