Um, yes they are. They're certainly not the acts of a well balanced adult in any case. A child acts impulsively. A child doesn't consider the risks of his/her behaviour as an adult does. A child would feel that shagging someone 30 years older might place him/her in a higher stratum of the pecking order that his/her peers, for example.
