Okay, can someone please outline the matches involved for the Home package and the Home & Away package?

Realistically there should only be a one-game difference between the two packages. The Home & Away membership will include all of the games included in the Home membership package, plus whichever game ends up not being a replacement game (probably the MCG game).

Crikey, a $90 GA ticket! I agree with what Royal Flush said, it's more about supporting the club, but I can understand how people on a budget would baulk at that offering.

Yeah it appears that the $90 difference is across the board for all Memberships. As a H&A member it certainly makes me wonder why I should pay $90 additional for entry into an away game where it will cost me less at the gate or even if I reserved a seat for that game. Oh Flunky Carls. :stern look

The 11 Game Membership allows entry to 7 Home Games and 4 "Replacement" Games in Melbourne. Note we only play 5 Away Games in Melbourne.

The H&A Membership allows entry to all Melbourne Games.

Previously H&A Memberships also provided entry to Geelong Games but they no longer do.

All 11 Game & H&A Memberships also provide entry to Tasmanian Games. Two **** on a Bull Stuff if you ask me. :stern look

Guys please those annoyed at price increases.
Everything goes up in price and I can understand people peeved at electricity, groceries, insurance, petrol, smokes, alcohol ect.
But this is our club. Let them increase price. If they need to. Anybody know if other clubs have increased their prices? If so by how much? Are we increasing ours by less or more?

Our clubs survived from generous supporters.

The membership tally is the worst way to count memberships.
Revenue from memberships is the best way to measure club membership ladders.

The issue is the optics of diminishing returns. More money for less while also getting fans to donate, autrenew and auto box-on!

Our fans are resilient- we cough up and help! But they aren’t stupid!

The club has brought in extra money by reducing the access to footy for the existing Melbourne fan base.

On top of this the stadium deal is getting better and our overall debt to service is well down thanks to fans continually digging deep.

There was an opportunity to balance the ledger this year or manage the message much much better and instead people have been left feeling taken for granted and scared the club is slipping further out of Arden St!

I am lucky to be single, good job and no kids so everything is easy for me - I can go to games when ever and fly to Hobart etc

However, there are so many people that pay for family tickets, multiple tickets etc and increases hurt.

I would hope the club is listening and learning as the go.

Personally - I believe the club is doing a fantastic job on and off the field, I am a happy member and am literally dying for next year to start.

But I do worry about this topic and it potential to push people away if not managed

So the Geelong game isn't counted. Okay, I have mates down there that can take care of that.

I'd still rather pay $50 to North than give it to ****ing Jeff Kennett and Whoreforn.

Doesn’t it also include the away games at Etihad (marvel)?

The membership shouldn’t of gone up in the year we lost another home game.

Pretty average decision

Poor management. How can they justify putting the prices up and giving the members nothing in return? Next season they will definitely jack it up again.

I tried to call around lunch time on Friday and it was a 15 minute wait to get through. Once I spoke to someone, they didn't know what was happening with the replacement games for reserve seat members. I suppose gone are the days when you can get through to someone who can actually give you information that helps you. When I asked if they were busy today regarding the fixture release etc (because of the 15 min wait), they told me they only had two operators on the phones.:rolleyes:Another note: a mate of mine went into the club to renew as he was in the area last week and no one came to assist him with his membership, so he thought **** it and left after 10mins of waiting. What is going on down there??:eek:

My mother has always received her membership renewal by snail mail, which she is yet to receive. Does anyone know if these have been sent out yet? We have reserved seats and there is a date that you need to renew by to retain the same seats. Can anyone tell me when that date is, please?

23 November is the cutoff date to keep reserve seats. No one I know has received the mail out Membership renewals.

How many people do you expect they would employ for the phones?

Your mate sounds like those fun customers i miss so much.

No idea about other clubs, but the cost of full AFL membership has jumped every year the past two or three years and has now gone up about $70 in total in that time with no change in product I can see except more expensive booking fees for all games and much more expensive for finals, and a dive in ease of online booking. I'm guessing rising prices for AFL is not just a NMFC thing.

Lol at a home and away package

For one game
Against Whorethorn
At the G

it’s alright tho guys
Carl and Heath will fix this!
Oh no doubt.

When the NMFC was "considering" playing a 4th game on the Map, Flunky Carls was quoted as saying "We have to make sure that it works for all parties involved and, most importantly, our members."

Flunky Carls is on Fire! :stern look
