We've bowled them out in 50 overs. Aside from Stokes and Duckett the rest have been walking wickets for the past three innings. If it wasn't for Stokes and past wobbles at Headingley we'd be thinking we're miles ahead.
They can work through past wobbles in therapy but there is no denying Stokes - that effort yesterday was extraordinary, to me even better than Lords because of the physical duress he was under.

The only reasons not to be extremely pessimistic about this match are the capacity of our remaining batsmen, and many of our bowlers to stick with them, and the prospect weather might make a result either way impossible impossible. And after this many wickets already I’m not sure weather will help unless at least two days are completely rained out.

We need to hope for rain at this point. Batsman have been incredibly disappointing this match outside of Marsh. Warner is like playing one down.

Incredibly embarrassing if we lose to this English side who are basically half injured. Couldn't even get an injured Stokes out cheaply when he could barely run.

So there's likely to be no play tomorrow, probably a full day 4 and the last session of day 5 might get cut short or not happen. So something like 5 more sessions left.

We need to bat for at least 2.5 more sessions, absolute bare minimum. Anything less than that, no matter the runs, england will have too much time to respond.
