I'm not sure if those stats are available but looking at raw stats, Ben Brown received 44 free kicks this season whilst Hawkins received only 13, the difference there alone is staggering.

Can't disagree, Brown flops & makes it clear something is happening. Whenever I watch Geelong, Hawkins is a big unit & he's getting scragged 10 different ways but surprisingly doesn't get many frees as he doesn't play for the free.

Norf fans can whinge all they like, Brown kicked more goals but that's about all he was ahead in. Hawkins averaged more than a goal assist a game, Brown averaged 0.2. Take away his one-off 10 goal game, he'd only be a few goals in front if it was based on season average until that game

Could be misremembering but we were going to trade pick 11 for Lobbe which didn’t get done. Then we traded pick 11 for 20 and 21 (which got pushed back to 12, 25 and 26 from academy picks) and took Dunkley and Collins.
