What a tense finish.

Thought Collingwood would find a way to piss it away, but as usual they prevail in a tight one. The right team won. I thought the scoreboard flattered the Lions a little. Collingwood flogged them with inside 50s in the first quarter, and were wasteful in front of goal. Really should not have been that close in the end. Most of Brisbanes chances seemed to come from Collingwood players turning it over or making poor decisions.

They have had two years of playing great and entertaining footy. May still have some gas left in the tank to push again next season as well, assuming they don't have a bunch of retirements from their senior core. Actually would like to double up vs them next season.

Lions running out of time. May have been their best chance to date, maybe their best chance in all with the current group.

Happy to see Lipinski win a Premiership Medal.

Bobby Hill for the Norm Smith Medal surely. Imagine we had a Bobby Hill and Elliot on our team.
