They've put all their faith in Tredrea, but they don't realise that not everyone thinks that way and there's another contingent of supporters that think Port are around the mark and just need to keep plugging away.

I’ve nothing against Ken and maybe he’s got a premiership in him, who knows. It’s a funny game.

But if you just look at the facts, historically and statistically, he is extraordinarily lucky to still be there.

Everyone’s got an opinion on how good or bad he is — and a lot of it’s subjective, of course.

But there’s no denying Tredrea’s group (which I agree with you is probably about half the supporter base) has the statistical reality on their side.

The bad thing for Stkilda is if they trade him he'll probably become a superstar but if they keep him he'll just waste away cap space and never be the star they all want.

Of all the possible draft/trade changes - that is the one that absolutely needs changing now. You should never have a free agency compo pick compromising the top 10 or even 1st round of the draft. Pick 3 for McKay last year was absurd and Saints getting a top 5 pick for a solid defender like Battle would be the most ridiculous one since James Frawley. Don't mind the NFL model where compensation picks start in Rd 3.

This is an interesting crowd figure at Unley. 10 years ago you’d never say there’d be more punters at a Sturt v Adelaide game than a Norwood v Port game……how the pretenders have fallen
