There has to be clear evidence to overturn the umpire's call. The ARC umpire has just made up his own rule there.

Without it being conclusive the second angle showed the fingers on the ball, why they can’t split screen multiple angles at the same time I don’t know.
Pretty obvious it was touched and that’s not even taking players reactions into account.
