Everything about Victorian football annoys me these days, but jesus the travel situation (and widespread refusal to acknowledge it) is absolute staggering.

Not really staggering - anyone with a vested interest in denying it as a factor will continue to do so until there is verifiable scientific evidence. Even the likes of Karl Langdon deny it as being a significant factor in acute recovery time and career longevity of AFL players.

Pretty pissed reading about the lack of recognition for WA footy at the new joint, digital displays can get you know what'd, a few statues of say Baz Cable(in a PFC jumper!), Steve Michael and the likes would be better IMO, gates & wings named, couldn't care less about the other sports to be occasionally payed there.
