We're not finishing last so no point talking about what we'd do with pick 1 imo. We're showing enough in games that we'll win a few in the second half of the year when the cavalry come back.

Thought the non-free to Laird for in the back close to goal was a shocker.

Crows stiff this year to lose to Collingwood by 1 point and 2 points.

The commontary was just a Colingwood and Daicos wankfest I thought.

Still, losing to the eventual premier's by a kick and the preliminary by a point is far from being lucky.

Pies can go on about winning the close ones, but when it comes to finals, they don't have a good record.

2018: lost qualifying final to us by 10 points and GF by 4 points.

2019
Won qualifying final against cats by 10 points, lost prelim to GWS by 4

2020
Won elimination final against us by 1 point

2022
Lost qualifying final by 6 points, lost prelim by 1 point.

That's 7 close finals for 2 wins and 5 losses.
