Agreed, Demons would be top two already if not for their unnecessary distractions in the ruck with Grundy.

Will probably see them move into second tomorrow. Should be favourites for the premiership.


With 3 of the top 4 (Collingwood, Port Adelaide and Brisbane) in questionable form, this year may present a genuine opportunity for a team placed 5-8 to make a run for the last match of the year.

Which would be just yuck considering the quality of these teams. Geelong could genuinely go back to back by sliding into 7th/8th.
