If he uses his own funds you would think that his 900K +a year should be adequate to cover that small impost on his salary.

Failing that and IF North have to dig into their own pockets, I would suggest that given that the AFL have already handed them a 24.356 Million float ( Note: Thats 8 million more than we got ), so they will more than enough to pay the token fine.

Looks like the VFL will be taking care of it then.

The AFL would say just say "put it on our tab", being the financial underwriter and significant charitable provider for all Norths Financial woes.
Probably hand them an additional 2024 second round pick as a further demonstration of their support and commitment to North.
