Always liked Pendlebury though. If I had to pick an opposition player to pass Mundy I’d probably pick him. Such a class act both on and off the field.

I can’t see how this can be proven or disproven beyond reasonable doubt unless there are more as yet unreleased text messages or emails from Clarkson or Fagan. It’s too big now, the pitchforks are out.

That’s the problem. Could get to a point where there’s no admission of guilt or apology and the accused still lose their jobs, launch legal proceedings for the loss of millions in guaranteed earnings thereby forcing the families to relive it all again and again. Hard to see how that benefits anyone or improves the chances of anyone else speaking up when the 16 other clubs that haven’t commissioned a review yet decide to do so.

Fully expecting the Commonwealth to say: "not without an inquiry into the AFL"

It will be AFL House's worst nightmare: PR disaster if they back out of Tassie. Inquiry out of their control as a consequence of committing to Tassie.
