In MELB. I would wear something of the Dockers
I once threw some banter the way of some Essendon supporters, whilst walking down the street in the Melbourne CBD. They were "kitted-out" in full supporter wares and holding flags (they were en route to a match). When I told them I supported Fremantle, the look of disbelief in their eyes was priceless! Haha

Well here in Sydney there are dickhead south sydney rabbitohs fans who wear a souths jersey to every sporting event in the town not just rugby league.

Most souths fans can't afford to go the dentist but can somehow afford to get a jersey.

Do any of them get seen in perth at AFL games.

I have seen them. Also have seen them at the WAFL.

It’s more the fact that the campaigner was cheering than just wearing the jumper. But then I guess, he just witnessed 22 stump heads running in circles getting mauled by a winless Port so might of needed some comfort.

That game was delicious!

Never seen one IRL, took a while to get used to hearing a team being called Rabbitohs.

Apart from a Monty Python skit never known a rabbit to be aggressive.

Typical Freagle

Wearing the gear of a team not playing in a game you are attending I think is one of the most cringe-worthy things ever.
yeah wearing gear of a team not playing is to be shamed not celebrated. that said can provide lols, saw more West Coast merch at the GWS game then I did GWS merch

It takes a special kind of person to go to a game not featuring your team, but the direct rival, and wear your team colours.
I was at the Freo/Bombers game……. Special

The ‘rabbitohs’ were the blokes who would buy the dead rabbits, then skin them and sell them to the people in the lower socio-economic areas who couldn’t afford to buy other types of meat. The workingest class of working class butchers.

Will Brodie would like a word.

There must have been a statement to make when they did this…….a bit weird.

There is a lot of us in how the Hawks play. I would really rather Hawks were irrelevant for another 10 years please

I was just thinking the same. I would hope we have the more talented list though. I think their best players are older as well... maybe I am deluding myself in the hopes of them being average for a long time.

Sydney are a whole other problem. They have a core and academy that will see them be top six for another decade. Scary.
