That game (last quarter especially) was a great example of why you can't score if your forwards can't win contests. Pies couldn't get it past halfway and even if they did, unless it was heavily to the forwards advantage they couldn't score.

Reminded me a lot of some of our games.

our road record seems to have been decent in recent years. This year a few other non-Vic teams like WC, Crows and the Suns have struggled. I do think if we can win in Alice Springs might go a long way to seeing us play finals, because we're collecting important road wins where others are failing or struggling.

I will say I absolute LOVE talk about Sam Mitchell being such a genius leading such a young inexperienced team to these wins in these past two weeks.

I bet there hasn't been a team that's younger, and less experienced knocking off both those teams in consecutive weeks anytime this year.

It is baffling that no one does the research and discusses it with accuracy.

Even Ryan Daniels talking to Brayshaw saying how the 'young eagles' had a good win over us. Except we were the younger team. He is one of the better ones and still doesn't do easy preparation work.

It drives me crazy how when we do win we NEVER get credit re our list profile.
