Dreamtime by the Derbarl has officially "Sold Out". Although apparently the Wiggles members have been offered cheap tickets, so there will be extra tickets released later in the week (if they don't all sell).
Anyone see anything from FFC about cheap tix for Saturday? I suspect they won't encourage people to go to another game on the same weekend as our Game vs WB (Although I'll be doing both).

I'm looking forward to it. Really hope Optus et al have had enough time to make it a real spectacle and show off the stadium. There is something truly special when it comes to indigenous culture and I just hope WA can prove we can do it the best in less than a week turnaround.
The cringey WC supporters all wearing their Eagle's merch will be good to chuckle at as well but embarrassing to see on the telecast and in all the highlight videos afterwards. Mostly I'm curious what they'll do when they have no reason to boo?!? Expecting lots of confused faces in the crowd, searching for guidance.
I bet nobody mentions how the tickets are about half the price of a Freo game. Even less if you are an Ess/Rich member. Going with an Essendon member, and we got 2 tickets for a total of $82 (including a membership discount for 1 ticket), and the same seats would cost $190 for the Sunday game.
Looking forward to a game with a packed house and equal support for both sides, even if only half the crowd or less are genuine Ess/Rich fans. It's essentially something that will never happen for Freo except for a GF.

Long walk is from vic gardens - only a 15 minute walk.
Would have thought Boola Bardip or Yagan would have been a better start, couple of points of interest on the way, 40 minutes.

For the “mentor” Michael Long, 15 minutes is probably long enough for him. The long paddock has hit him.
He is a good man Michael Long. Does a lot of charity work.
Had the pleasure of chatting to him briefly when i was up holidaying in Darwin last month. It was actually same afternoon geelong absolutely flogged west coast. So it made a pretty good afternoon even better.

yep, respect him for his indigenous work. Its truly terrific.
Had a family member who had dealings with him. I found is sad to hear "mentor" is accurate. Apparently hes a lovely man to have a chat with. His actions leave a little to be desired.

Watching Perth vs $ubi. Halfway into the third quarter on a perfect night for footy, Subi lead 77 to 4 points. Absolute joke and poor advert for wafl footy. Another joke is how Brandon Matera looks fitter playing for Subi as opposed to Freo last year!
I think some of us BigFooty punters would look fit against this Perth team. They are missing a lot of their best players.
Subi are playing the Perth reserves mate but yes its embarrassing.
