Sydney by far the team to beat at present (peaking too early, perhaps?). Of the other top 8 teams, Carlton can be easily beaten if put enough pressure on them, Essendon aren't even in the discussion, Port are fragile AF, Geelong easily beatable, Collingwood hmm, Fremantle nah, GWS nah.

You're better off having to really struggle to stay at the top.

Invincibility in sports often breeds complacency unless you're an outright freak in the Phelps ,Bolt mould.

Melbourne fans were booing him. So Collingwood fans started cheering every time he got the ball. They have more fans so were louder.

Was hoping for a draw; I don’t see what the issue is when players gets bumped when kicking which resulted in that down field free. I mean would a free be paid if you bumped a guy like that as he was handballing?

Should be. Only "down field" would probably only be 5 or 10 metres away instead of 50 in the case of the Sicily free.

This does get paid quite a bit, but generally we don't notice because of the small distance involved.

It most certainly was a free, as confirmed by the AFL.

If he'd been bumped in the act of kicking there's no way the ball could have ended up where it did. Clearly happened after the kick. Correct call.
