Not sure why North's pick 2 is constantly discussed by Tiger fans.

Nth are adding pick 2 to these picks over the last 4 years - 2, 3, 3, 3, 4, 13, 20, 22, 22, 23, 26.

Unlike the Tigers we don't need a heap of picks as we aren't at the start of our rebuild and we didn't have 3 of our best 5 players walk out of our club.

In fairness we have had two bloody good and promising looking ones leave under sh!thouse circumstances in pretty close to consecutive years. Perhaps another great mid and a KPF is what we need.
We use our F1 and see what we can get.
Tigers or Dees could turn pick 9 or 10/11 into a 2 or 3 pick next year plus some change. Dunno. Interesting time ahead. It looks like the sort of move Dees have had success with in the past. Gunna depend who’s on the board for them and us. Maybe it’s our F1 and F2 with a much later pick back to us.
I’m in the don’t move 2 camp again, we can’t lose…..maybe the crows slide appeals.

Mate I’m not sure what your rant was about.

I was just showing you it was reported that your club offered at least your future first for pick 13 in the trade period. It shows that clubs don’t want your future first for anything more than pick 14 onwards. GWS may be a show. Sydney too. But I can’t think of too many others that want to trade out of the teens. Might be wrong though.

You seem to be getting quite wired up on what others think on this forum.

Personally im taking it as it comes.

We have no control on the goings on at our clubs but can speculate based on what we believe their intentions are and what they have said and tried to do over the past few weeks.

You have no idea what else was involved in that deal. It’s rarely a straight swap of picks.

Do you have any evidence that the trade was a direct swap with no other picks involved?

It was widely reported that we were offering our F1 for Houston. It turned out that we were actually trying to get him with pick 13. If our F1 was involved we wanted more than Houston in return. Don’t believe everything you read as gospel, as there are often more layers to each scenario.
