the brownlow voting system is flawed in the men's, it's completely non-functional in a 10 round league where some clubs sail to the top 4 and others have to play everyone in the top 8, especially with the drastically lower quality of umpires. if the recent betting scandal brought the umpire voting system into question, this count has answered that question with a resounding "**** NO."
