Jake Williams is a disgrace for what he did to young Jackson Weatherald of Eltham. A Blantant and obvious kick which caused the kid concussion. No wonder why the league has a bad rep when players do shit like that.

Yeah totally agreed, should be looking at 6 - 8 if the league know what there doing, just a disgraceful act.

What bad rep? its dills like u who get on bf and allow others outside this league to have this perception that does not exist, if u believe one incident out of one game speaks for the whole league then ur a w***er.

hmm.. im just telling u what i think and i think that was one of the worst things ive seen.You just dont do rubbish like that..there was no need to, Heidelberg already had it won.

i didn't have a drink all day so was very clear headed.
just people get slammed into the turf in the back and it's play on,then the same thing happens in the very next contest and they pay a free kick.
the umpires seem to be taking absolutey no back chat and are giving 25 every time.but i have no problem with that at all.
i have never seen so many 25 metre penalties as this year.

eltham gentlemen, seeing as though boofs "hands are tied" any chance of letting us outsiders know what the inccident on the w/e consisted off. what i can gather is jake williams has kicked weatherald? then from what boof said that 'one of yours did much worse' i gather it esculated after that?

Clutching at straws you Eltham blokes fair dinkem. What about the cheap shots involving Murphy in the last quarter. Perhaps time to give it away Phil and concentrate on selling insurance. Also the young guns didn't do much "Big O" and the like, back to the thirds fellas.

Rat, I think you will find that the shot on Murph was an immediate retailiation for the cheap shot Murph had just handed out! Not condoning, just putting it into correct perspective.
Big O is travelling nicely atm. Yesterday may not have been his best effort, but He has less than a handful of senior games under his belt but will only improve. He will be a 200 gamer at Eltham me thinks.
As for poor young Jako W, The issue relating to him going down is disgraceful and is undefendable, irrespective of any other incident (boof you claimed there was worse, please name it or P.M if you wish), and the culprit will get a lengthy holiday without a doubt.
For what is is worth, I thought it was a very good contest all day, Heidelberg undoutedly better skilled and much more mature in body than the young Panthers, but it was a real contest for much of the day. It helped that the bergs were inaccurate, but this was contributed to by some good pressure. Still far better use of the ball for most of the time.
Heidelberg at times put the acid on the young lads physically and especially in 1st quarter intimidated the young fellas, but i'm very happy that the kids did not backdown.
It's got me ____ed though how/why umpires give yellow cards for some incidents and then look the other way for incidents similar in nature. The same can be said about some dubious freekicks that were paid to the yellow and black and yet were overlooked at time for the red and black. To be honest, they are either there both ways or not at all.
Finally what is the issue with no 40. Seemed that wherever he went trouble was soon to follow.

BTW, Kudos to M Favrin who checked in on the welfare of Jako W shortly after before mentioned incident. Fav unfairly copped some grief from the Panther crowd who were still seeing red from the incident itself. But for what it is worth, it was sportsmanship at its finest. Well done Fav

Very good game between the slime and creekers, good crowd and a good tough contest all day was close with the slimers just getting up it was a gutsy effort!
No good to Hear about the kid from Eltham hope he is alright and if there was anything in it hope he gets a nice holiday!!

KA, mostly agree with most of what you are saying but I suppose when we play against ye there are always going to incidents I/you disagree with... have to ask what the comment in relation to no. 40 is in regard to??? JA is a hard at it footballer, hard but fair, am a bit surprised that you took him out for special mention, don't recall him doing anything adverse of note...but maybe I missed it.

ps… can ya gives us the heads-up on the ‘special benefits’ stuff. Oh yeah! If ya Mod any Heidelberg people Merndas’ never going to make it to Div 1 and we’ll have Mase counsel you if and when you play against each other.
Where did he come from? He seems to just fly under the radar week in week out and is always in our best two or three.

Well ladies im back from overseas and i can say i really missed you all but most of all im looking forward to catching up with my mate brucey? how are you bruce you cat? i see that there is a challenger to heidelberg this reay in montmorency? i hope with all my heart that they fix you up when it gets to the buisness end of the season.. i see that heidelberg have gone out and spent more of their money, what a joke from a club no one has respect for and now there players are even going around kicking people what new level will they sink to? well i must be off now to my new docklands appartment i just brought!!! love you all

Telling people what u think can influence others into believing what u say is true. Further more after reading some posts today there is alot more to the story that u claim, perhaps the next time u tell a story u tell the whole story without tarnishing the reputation of a league that is back on a platform it is known for, which is quality football
