Before all this sh1t starts,
Epping were credited with the average winning margain for that round which was 80 points, thats a pretty handy percentage boost in anybodies language.

not when lower smashed them by 25 goals a few weeks later!

Well had they been given a 180 point victory. Then the required winning margin would have been 2 points.

As it stands now 7 goals to nil would also do the trick. It will be interesting if it is somewhere between 40 and 50 points the difference with a few minutes to go.

Can you imagine celebrating being hammered by 43 points?

Proctor is a clear standout at stars.

But i agree with the Moore call because he seems far and away their best player and they have won alot of games. Website says he's been in their best 14 times out of 16?!?!? thats amazing stuff! He's very good!

It's the end of the line for four teams after 5pm tomorrow afternoon, with three of them probably already starting their Mad Monday antics early. But there is still one important match tomorrow. So.
Diamond Creek have certainly dropped off the pace since they were thrashed by Macleod earlier in the season - or are they being overtrained for a big assualt on the premiership? Time will tell. But for tomorrow they should be able to handle Watsonia with ease.
I know that you have to beat your rivals to have a premiership chance but Lower Plenty have certainly had the worst draw of anyone this season - based on the rotation. And it isn't easy again tomorrow when they host the outright premiership favourites in Macleod. The visitors should win quite easily as they prepare for Division 1 in 2010.
Whittlesea have been slowly building up for their finals campaign this season in contrast to how they did it last season. The big showgrounds won't suit the Fitzroy All Stars and the hosts should win very easily, and my information is to expect some fireworks from the visitors !
It has all come down to this: win and you have a finals spot! Well basically it's true. So one would expect a very close and intense match between cousins Epping and Mernda. Both teams have claims to that final spot but in the end I think Epping will prevail. And just a word of caution, while many are saying what Epping need to win by a certain amount to move ahead of Mernda on the ladder, the other factor in deciding the percentage swing will rely on the Mernda score - a 40+ points win might be good but if Mernda score say 80+points then that it could be negated. It all depends on the ratio betwene the two teams scores.
