JfC.

Apparently the HIA doesn't matter if it's an important game?

Trbojevic clashed heads, faceplanted after the slightest shove, and had to be held up.

And not only is that not Cat 1, but he's back on 20 minutes later.

What an absolute piss take.

What is Tommy Trbjoevic doing out there? Old man Tedesco running rings round him. Can't stand it when coaches play injured players in finals.

What was the alternative? Turbo half fit is still their only attacking weapon.

Reality was the top 4 and especially the top 3 were miles ahead of the rest this season nothing to see in this game tonight

No surprises with this weekend's results then. Thought the Roosters would win fairly comfortably, but not as comfortably as that!

Yep same, Roosters were always winning. Other match was the one that could have gone either way and it was close

Yeah, Roosters a mile ahead of Sharks, they could never beat Manly so convincingly…😂😂😂😂😂😂

It won’t even matter fast forward to another predictable grand final make the most of the Sharks one finals win.

I gave them a chance, mainly because I think Roosters can be flaky. But they had to be at their very best, and they were a long way off it, with some atrocious defence, and apart from Haumole, not much through the forwards.

I would have started Koula at full back, and put Ben Trbjoevic into the starting line up.

Would not have affected the result, Roosters were way too good, but I just hated seeing Tommy struggling like that.

I remember a while back, I said, if there's an NRL equivalent to "never write off the Saints", it's the Roosters. And everyone said, no, the Roosters are finished. But they're still in it. I don't think they'd beat Penrith or Melbourne, but I think they'd give either a game.

Don’t know why you gave them a chance and especially if Turbo isn’t there- there record minus Turbo isn’t pretty. It’s a boring final series unfortunately been that year it’s okay we have one of these every so often

They're my team. I always back them in, no matter what. That's what one-eyed supporters do. Because you never know. And Roosters can be flaky.

That’s fair they did as well as expected win a final the young players will be better next year

Paul Crawley wrote, by his admittedly low standards, an interesting story during the week detailing the players we’ve had unavailable at finals time since our last title. It made for interesting reading and was a list even I didn’t realise was as long as it is, and as impressive as it is, and it stands to reason as to why we haven’t been able to match it with the likes of Melbourne and Penrith as well as we’d have liked to, as well as the obvious factor that Penrith in particular are just a level above us anyway.

We won’t be beating Melbourne this weekend - even if we had Walker and Smith that wouldn’t be happening - but we do keep giving ourselves some sort of chance, at least
