Great defence from the Storm, they need half time though to get a breather, Penrith keep on coming at them and testing them.
Apparently it's like the nfl rule, where if you touch your foot out it is out, even if the ball isnt

Half time couldn't come quick enough for the Storm with the Panthers breaking their defence again.
Hopefully the Storm can regroup at half time and have another crack but I get the feeling the Panthers will overwhelm them.
