I love him on radio.

I rate Marto and Hase just below Duffield in must listen Dockers radio. Probably the only two to listen to apart from Mundy on occasion.

Is Martin replacing/replicating the role Murphy had? Anyway, a lot of the lads like basketball and have those intraclub basketball games, so I guess there's an easy in to relate the bigger picture leadership values with the players.

Bob definitely had the head of leadership role, at least when he first came in.

Will be replacing it in part, from the leadership perspective.

Bell did indicate on trade radio earlier today that it may be split between a few people - whether that's splitting the leadership aspects (split between Men and Women perhaps - his position was stated as 'AFL Leadership Advisor, not sure if that's to indicate their will be an AFLW equivalent or just that it's not for the exec team etc.) or just splitting the leadership and skills specialist part.

Marto is going to be very busy. He is currently on the radio in the afternoon, Basketball TV work , Real estate agent, does some Player manager work, marriage celebrant & emcee work.

Is it a part time adhoc role? Because he'll need to drop some other duties.

I tuned in at 3pm on Martin's co-host show on SEN but he didn't really go into much detail other than give a positive impression about Alex Pearce's role as captain.
