Damn it's only Monday and i'm also fully pumped..
I'm also alot more confident than last year. Everyone is in form everything is working like others have mentioned.

Damn Tarrant and Petrie are so important to us i hope they both play..

We're in this. We're right in this. This mob aren't all that.
yeah bro!! you beat us in perth you deserve the flag. because we are averaging +10goals over in perth all season and we took off the gas against hawks last quarter or it would have been a smashing. good luck though.

Take it to the banter thread buster..

Doc Larkins reckons Taz probably won't play as it was a tear and it is with his kicking side. This is a huge out if he can't come up. Even so it will be on his mind the entire game and knowing how injury prone he is, I am not confident he can play through a ningling injury

Even dish will be ok but if he hits that bruised knee again it will spell trouble. I feel like he would play through a broken leg. Absolute warrior
How does Doc Larkins know it's a tear?

not a Nahas fan, But he must play this week due to gained leg speed. All 4, Nahas, Garner, Turner, Thomas must play. Nahas, Thomas the goals and the speedy crumbers, Turner and Garner the tackling pressure machines. Have a feeling this balance could go a long way to winning us the game.
I'm going with these changes;
Out Lmac, Hansen. In: Nahas, Tarrant

Why the **** would we drop Hansen against a team with the best and most in-form tall forwards in the game right now?

Yeah I could understand if people wanted him dropped for last week (Sydney only really had Tippett) but this week there's Kennedy, Darling, Sinclair, Naitanui, etc. who Tarrant (if he plays), Thommo and Spud simply can't contain by themselves.

C'mon people. Hansen crucial this week.

Cannot be dropped.... he provides an outlet if anyone is ever in shit.....
I remember the days when Petrie was our only marking target from kick ins.....
now we have
Waite, Goldy, Hansen, BBB, Petrie, Cunners, JZ goes alright in that too.... it crucial

If Tarrant doesn't get up then we need to double team Kennedy all game. 7 men back all game. I'm confident 5 forwards (Brown, Waite, Petrie, Nahas/LT, Garner) can get the job done with the mids we have who can kick goals (Higgins, Boomer, JZ, Cunners, LMAC!) But without Tarrant we don't have a backman that can negate (not nullify but negate) Kennedy by themselves. Thompson to Kennedy as direct match up with Hansen hovering at all times to drop in to the leading space

Jacobs to priddis, Gibson to gaff: If Shuey gets off the chain may need to send Jacobs to him. From our side of things, who'll run with Harvey?
