M Pace future leader of the club played the last month in the ones
J Claridge tough onball prospect very quick
B Ploughman , J Carrol both tight playing defenders
S Byrne could be a handy big bloke very raw, needs another year to develope
fielding , Rowbottom and Millhouse all very handy onball /utility players

M
Ede can take a grab and kick a goal but is still learning
I would also include M Scott among that lot, has a very promising future is lightning quick and has played numerous games in the "1's" team this year.

How often does the team in newspaper reflect who actually plays?

Harriss won't be playing for a while i don't think. It was a very nasty injury from what i saw of it.

So you're saying it's true then? That is going to have a massive affect on Hutchins' season, losing the best on-baller/ arguably player in the comp for a cruch matchup to pretty much sow up a finals spot.

I don't know for a fact that its true, but blokes don't normally get carried off for regular hamstring injuries. Later in the day, when he walked he looked like he couldn't straighten the leg. That was only 2 weeks ago, so i doubt he'd be playing this weekend, considering a regular hamstring strain is usually 2-3 weeks out.

It will hurt them if he's out for a long period of time.

Richmond beat OHA by about 3 points. Siren went just in time for the blues to hold on for the win
thats massive. Richmond are on a roll at the moment and if my info is right the blues had up to seven senior players out .Did McCallum play for the boats and did Bowring get the ton ?

Yeah your info is correct, 6 or 7 senior players out for the Blues.

Macca didn't play, and Bowering kicked 3 if i remember correctly

Richmond played really well and smootherd the ships, OHA got off to a flyer but richmond reeled them in and derseved to win.

Gee the competion is wide open now, cant wait to the finals the 4 teams that get in will all have an impact. Injuries and form will be a huge thing come september

(a) Ah, I don't think the team that loses the 1st Semi will have much of an impact.

(b) Really?

You seem a bit grumpy barge .

Looks like one spot up for grabs , could the match between Dosa and Hutchins in the last round be the big decider or can one of them pull one out of the bag?

Not grumpy at all, grotty.

If those two teams play in the last round and the winner makes it then it will be a classic.

Could be the last time a few of them play for the club. Honey, McConnon, Loveless etc can't go on forever.

Yep your right there ,Honey seems to be on one leg but both him and McConnon played well ,Snowy spent a fair bit of the day on the pine.
Gee losing a player like Harris leaves a hole in your midfield.Any way good comp this year its a shame Uni lost so many players but they will bounce back. any one know where Ziggy Haremza went ?

Barge you were shirty. not getting any sleep big fella.

A) no they wont at all but my point was and you knew that, any team could win on there day that makes the final.

any one got any results from today.?
Dosa got over Hutchins by about 7 goals

Gee, the Dosa boys must have stayed off the piss long enough to give Hutchins a football lesson:rolleyes:. Dosa had winners all over the ground, especially their "fat + slow" on balllers. Scoreboard probably flattered Hutchins in the end. Hope this is a sign of things to come from the Roosters.
Any thoughts DOSACHOKER??

none spring to mind other than it was one game, good however they won off their own ground which is a positive. How's Delany from Brighton going? has gotten a mention last 2 games?

An earlier post asks how long Honey, Rocket and Loveless can go on for, well Honey has played on 1 leg for a decade so could play for another couple of years till the other one drops off and Loveless is not all that old just has a dicky knee and Rocket will pull off the boots at the end of this season I predict:cool:

What about Dooley in the two's, he's too old even for superfools, still getting a kick!

My prediction is if DOSA have to beat Hutchins in the last round to secure a place in the 4 they will more than likely lose because waiting till then will be too late. They need to beat the Ships and St Virgils and take the spot in this round. They'll probably dip out on %

Oh by the way MONNA which fat, slow onballer are you?

If you really are the supporter of the club you claim to be, you would know who i am as more people know me by the name Monna, then by my real name. Rest assured i don't hide behind a handle, unlike yourself, and am 100% accountable for what i post on this site.

According to you all DOSA players can either claim to be either fat + slow or addicted to the piss, so either way Monna's screwed ..
At the moment though, every game will have an impact on who makes the finals (yes including the Uni games, because of %) and it will be facinating to see where all the teams will finish at the end of the season.. Round 20 DOSA v Hutchins, if for the 4th position, could be one for the ages :thumbsu:..
I'm expecting Richmond to finish top 2, possibly even top..

Oh and K Dooley has been playing awesome this year and could potentially go back into the senior team at some stage..
