first thing Dimma is going to need to adjust to is getting around in that hideous red and gold gear instead of the stunning yellow and black
Goodluck in convincing the players too play for the jumper.lol

I don’t really follow AFL news so much, just saw on my social media timeline that Dew had been sacked. Honestly didn’t see that one coming.

If Dimma does go up there, good luck to him, they’ve got some talented kids.

Problem is…they loved Dew, will they adapt to Dimma?
Dimma can always throwout(in our direction)those who don't.

If Caro just guessed, good luck to her.

If she actually knew then that s**t stain of a club needs a board level clean out.
To leak something like that to a journo is an absolute disgrace and needs to be punished with instant termination.

My fear though is that it came from the AFL in an effort to destabilise Dews position. Mark Evans didn’t know or is a bald faced liar and must go.
Maybe no one knew and it came from Gil?

In any event the next coach and anyone he takes with him must build their own structure to protect from this sort of behaviour. It’s no wonder the whole thing is a failure.

A payout would have to be approved at afl house you’d think. We all know the afl are leaky.

Just piss them off already, all that talent being allowed to just waste away year after year is criminal. No team ever succeeds up there. Even rugby league and it's that sport's heartland ffs.

titus agrees with you.;)

that said, the afl own g.c. smells like a set-up to me.

Seems to be a setup, If Dimma gets the job all that would be denied. Regardless of if he gets it or not, can’t ever see they would be successful .

Hey guys, interesting read (apologies for not posting relevant link) - article titled: Who Owns AFL Clubs - author: Jessica Nguyen (1/7/21) via drwolfmedia.com website.

It really is little wonder that this so called "competition", is so severely compromised, when you consider that the AFL have 5 clubs under their direct control / ownership.

The only thing that keeps me invested in the game is the Richmond Football Club's magnificent tradition and history and never say die spirit in the face of adversity,

Long may the Tigers reign supreme.
