The easiest way to do it is just to copy the text in question, and do [ Q U O T E ] without spaces on one side and [ / Q U O T E ] without spaces to end the quote. Quote within brackets needs to all be upper case.

I've been doing it for ages, courtesy of having a shit phone before upgrading. You can also do it to make spoilers.

That Cake guy especially, forgot that there's such thing as an 8th place when determining who we've beaten. Doesn't rate Melbourne at all, apparently - teams supposedly go to a "platonic" state when playing against them.

His refusal to rate us has even created arguments with his own faithful, which I found hilarious. Doubly hilarious because they're * supporters.
